He is professional, very easy to communicate with, and matched perfectly the magazines I needed for an MP-161K. Everything went as smooth as silk, and even with COVID-19 travel delays my order arrived faster than expected. I only wish my Russian was a good as his English. Also, special thanks for ensuring that the package was tightly sealed and properly postmarked for customs. I gave the stamps to my grandson. Thank you TopArsenal for outstanding customer service. Amazing communication from Ignat. I ordered a Gen 3 sight that is made to fit Weaver and Picatinny rails, this was not available from any domestic sellers, same order also included a sling. It took about five months to receive, but this was due to covid. I was patient because Ignat had such great communication the entire time, and it paid off. I received both items packaged well in great condition. I will order from again and I think the time it took for delivery was out of the ordinary.
